• Allows me to prioritize your order & process faster (typical processing times is 1-2 weeks. You will fall closer to shipping within one week.) 

• Must be purchased WITH your jewelry order

• Does not ship your order immediately — but faster (prioritizes yours)

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our current processing times are 1-2 weeks (the time it takes to complete orders if they are personalized or handmade) before they ship

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies by location

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry if I'm not satisfied?

Custom pieces are not refundable due to their personalized nature.

Are the materials you use hypoallergenic?

We offer a mix of brass and stainless steel jewelry. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic while brass is not. Please read individual listings for the material.

How should I care for my jewelry to keep it looking its best?

To maintain the shine and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend:

  • Avoiding water, lotions, and perfumes when wearing your pieces.
  • Storing in a dry, cool place when not in use.
  • Cleaning gently with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils.
