Our mystery box will have a mix of jewelry. You will receive anything between 5-7 items. 

Items will not be our products listed on the website (unless low in stock we might add them in) it could be handmade, last items, unreleased pieces, etc. 

Everything will be FINAL SALE with the understanding that this is a surprise box. 

You may enter in the notes if you have a baby/child in case I have sizes for them! You may also include possible initials in the event I have initial items! 

Any orders $150+ we will throw in mystery items until further notice!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our current processing times are 1-2 weeks (the time it takes to complete orders if they are personalized or handmade) before they ship

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies by location

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry if I'm not satisfied?

Custom pieces are not refundable due to their personalized nature.

Exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis if other size options are available. Any exchange questions should be sent to jensa@asiaticmoon.com

Are the materials you use hypoallergenic?

We offer a mix of brass and stainless steel jewelry. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic while brass is not. Please read individual listings for the material.

How should I care for my jewelry to keep it looking its best?

To maintain the shine and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend:

  • Avoiding water, lotions, and perfumes when wearing your pieces.
  • Storing in a dry, cool place when not in use.
  • Cleaning gently with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils.
